The visit to the Consulate was MUCH better today. Only one family was there and the man in the window was very nice (different man, and I believe this man was Guatemalan - by the way he spoke and looked). He spoke to me in Spanish and I understood everything. Whew!
I received our authenticated documents and went home to make copies of everything and then Fedex'ed them to South Carolina.
I feel so relieved.
Now, we just wait for our I-171H from Atlanta's USCIS.
I went to my Spanish class tonight. More on that later.....
